I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for catering our event last night! The terrace look amazing and the food was terrific! I kid you not that I had many people ask me throughout the night “who catered this?” They loved the presentation and again the food was delicious!!! I took some cheese home and I am happy as a rat!! I really enjoyed working with you and I appreciate how you worked with us!!! We’re a small bank with a small budget, your understanding and yet ability to make it feel like a million bucks creates loyalty!!

When my husband and I decided to get married on Thanksgiving weekend with family traveling in from all over the country we choose to have our rehearsal dinner as a Thanksgiving dinner with our families. Everyone thought it was a bad idea and it would never work to have our two very different families together for a Thanksgiving feast. Catering the Event made our Thanksgiving rehearsal dinner so beautiful, delicious and successful that our friends and family mention it every time they think of our wedding. Susan took into account the American Midwestern foods my family wanted, Spanish and Cuban favorites my husband’s family adores, as well as a multitude of food allergies. As our families came forward with requests to bring dishes from pasta salad to paella, Catering the Event welcomed each and every dish with open arms and made it part of the spread. They supplied take out containers and made everyone to go boxes of thanksgiving leftovers which made everyone feel like they’d spent Thanksgiving with their immediate family. Our rehearsal dinner could not have been a bigger success. Now we are planning our baby shower with Catering the Event!

On behalf of the management of Hospice Advantage, I would like to thank you for making our Annual Medical Directors meeting a success.

I gave you the budget, the number of managers and doctors and you did all the rest. You found the venue, decorated the Spanish monastery with a Renaissance theme, and even found renaissance dancers, jesters etc. Our group of physicians come from the Midwest and the South which might be difficult enough but we have kosher diets, Indians, and people of the Islamic belief all bringing their food requirements. It was a hit again this year because of your experienced staff, great food, and your creativity.

I look forward to working with you again on our Medical Directors meeting coming up in April of 2013. You always make it so easy. You really do listen and your many years of experience shines through.
